Cancellation Deadline: You may cancel your enrollment in the Canva course and request a refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled start date of the live sessions. Cancellations made after this deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
How to Cancel: To cancel your enrollment and request a refund, please contact our support team via WhatsApp (+60 17-324 3615) or via email (limjunhan2023@gmail.com) before the specified cancellation deadline. Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your email.
Refund Policy

Refund Process: Once your cancellation request is received and approved, we will initiate the refund to your original method of payment within 14 business days. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer’s policies.
Non-Refundable Situations: Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
Cancellations made after the specified deadline.
If you have already attended any live sessions of the course.
